Excess water on northbound carriageway

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5034325.

Water flowing across northbound carriageway, for a second, zero visibility. More or less under the footbridge. About 15.45, possibly blocked drain that could result in same situation then next time there’s a downpour!
