The lights are out of sync

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5032733.

Every day traffic is building up badly blocking each lane and exit because the lights are out of sync. it is particularly bad coming off the a34 through churchbridge heading to orbital, traffic all the way up the road.
