Street lights not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5025988.

I would like to ask we wear driving to Gatwick this morning a 2.00 am on a 23 the slip road on to Gatwick way in to South terminal, the street lights on a23 slip road leading on to Gatwick way non work .It is very hard to see the slip road. Is there a reason all the lights are off?
