There is 6 sliproad lights on the A1058 east

The slip road lights on the A1058 east slip road are always off and they should be on as its dark waiting for the bus I have spoken to the council about the lights on the A1058 east slip road and they say that highways are responsible to get them fixed as they are not the part of the councils lights to fix and the road light lamp posts are silver lamp posts and they are not LED north Tyneside council lamp posts are black so I believe highways England own that slip road as they bought that road when they did the Silverlink roundabout this needs sorted out as them lights shouldn't be off please sort this out
