Pedestrian Guard rail standing loose ripped from ground.

Reported via desktop in the Pavement/footpath issue (NH) category anonymously at 10:14, Thu 21 September 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5016848.

On the start of footbridge over the A50 if you enter from the Bracken Street side. The guardrail is completely out of the ground so there is a concern that it may end up on the A50 below if it isn't removed as soon as possible.
