The metal work has sunk causing the grid to collect water. Outside 63 Manchester Road, Tintwistle. DCC Ref 34209824.

We can confirm there's a Yorkshire Water cover and gully in close proximity to this location so it maybe that it's not the responsibility of National Highways. We've asked our Inspectors to check if this is the case and will update you further once we have confirmation.

We would like to update you further about sunken metal work outside 63 Manchester Road, Tintwistle. Our inspectors have confirmed the drain outside number 63 is the responsibility of the water company and that the cover looks quite recently installed. There is no more than a 10mm lip which should not cause any issues.
