Lights change too quickly

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5009710.

When heading north onto A1 the 2nd set of lights change to red too soon after the green goes on the 1st set of lights. Emergency brake required. Complaint originally sent to Hertfordshire Highways reference 2676840.
