Abandoned scaffolding clamps

Reported via desktop in the Structures (eg bridges, fencing, noise barriers) (NH) category anonymously at 20:51, Mon 18 September 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5007693.

Regarding the bridge maintenance which has recently occurred on the road bridge on the B5130 over the A55.

Whilst walking northbound, from Huntington towards Chester on the south side of the road (opposite side of the road from Rake & Pickel pub) I noticed what resemble scaffolding clamps left on the bridge on the exposed side of the fencing. There are two, one positioned over each side of the carriageway. They are positioned over the embankments so should not drop onto the road but could fall in the event of high winds.
