Lamp AH013 broken and not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5001627.

Hi there

Lampost AH013 on M25 between near overhead gantry near junction 13 has a broken light fixture and as a result the whole lamp is not working, it has been broken since 2012.

Please can you send someone out to examine and make necessary repair please.
