Footpath / Cycleway on Roundabout & Bridleway blocked by Armco barriers

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4999902.

Its impossible to access the bridleway that is shown (by signs) to start at this point on the lefthand side of the roundabout from the footpath/cycleway on the actual roundabout. The bridleway appears to be completely overgrown and there are armco barriers blocking it from the cycle / footpath crossing over the A14. Seems to have been designed into the junction remodel with no thought for anyone actually trying to use it to cross the A14 by foot / cycle.
