M3 - Debris along central reservation

South of junction 2 on both carriageways along the central reservation is debris, including rubbish, old tyres, old traffic management equipment. Once strong (but not very strong) winds occur then this debris will be blown into the live lanes. Once in the lives lanes, swerving, heavy braking or a collision with it may result in a crash or worse.
