Vegetation is blocking mileage sign and speed camera

Reported via desktop in the Overgrown or obscuring view (NH) category anonymously at 02:13, Wed 13 September 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4988306.

Vegetation has grown to the side of the large black information text board on the east bound carriageway. It is now blocking the behind sign, indicating mileage to Maidenhead, Slough and London. Further to this the vegetation is also covering the speed camera which is positioned here. As per the guidance from the DoT: -Speed cameras must sit in a yellow housing. -The housing itself should be visible and not obscured by trees or bushes. -You should be able to see the speed camera from 60 metres away in a 40 mph zone, or 100 metres for all other zones.

Currently the speed camera is obscured by bushes and therefore this camera is not adhering to the DoT guidance for speed cameras. Please can this vegetation be cut back such that both the signage and the speed camera are visible.
