Blocked surface water run off drain/grill

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4986172.

When it rains the water gathers and it floods the footpath and into the road. Pedestrians and cyclists have no choice but to wade through or get soaked by passing vehicles when the lights are green. It is the right hand lane/footpath of the slip road that floods at the traffic lights.
