Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4980668.
It appears after the last clean up that took thousands of people hours to do, the carriageway in both directions is being left to get back to the same old state. Litter everywhere again, surely a regular maintenance programme would be better than leaving it until it's so bad it is a huge task to remove.
