Cycle route blocked

I cycle this route everyday and the cycle path is blocked by hedges and overgrown bushes which is very dangerous as you cannot see on coming cyclists coming the other way and also you have to be so close to the rd which is very dangerous with large Hgv vehicles hammering around that corner. If not sorted soon I fear getting hit by an Hgv or oncoming cyclist pushing either one of into the busy rd. there have been many accidents on that corner please can you sort out this very dangerous highway. Thanks
