Extra traffic lights on roundabout causing excessive tailbacks

Yesterday morning I noticed that a new set of traffic lights had been installed on the new roundabout on the A30 to control traffic coming from A3075 Newquay direction. I attempted to drive home from Newquay towards Redruth on 08/08/2023 at 1830hrs and my travel time had more than doubled, solely due to the new traffic light installation. They are not necessary on the roundabout. In the evenings when the traffic lights are not functioning, there are no tailbacks at all and no delays. Can the lights please be reviewed as a matter of urgency. My usual 30 minute commute last night took 75 minutes which is unacceptable now that the holiday season is nearing the end. The flow of traffic at that roundabout is a mess and the worst tailbacks are already on the Newquay road A3075 and not the A30 from Truro. Please remove these asap to keep us all sane. So many vehicles are diverting down country lanes to avoid the tailbacks now, there is no safe alternative road to divert down, they are all single track.
