New surface works very poor quality and breaking up

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4971580.

A23 has been well resurfaced. However the southbound on slip road at Warninglid has been resurfaced very poorly. The surface is unstable and broken. The contractors should be brought back to complete the task. It looks like a base coast rather than finished surface. As the road markings have been renewed, we can assume they have completed the work
