Drains not being cleaned

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4969561.

The water drain off drains are not being cleaned, so when we get heavy rain next we will get excess surface water which lead to more accidents, I am sure a road sweeper during the night hours can sort this out.
