Missing manhole cover

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4961465.

Deep drainage chamber above culvert is open and poses a hazard to anybody walking in the area. The chamber lid is missing leaving a 600mm opening into a approx 2 metre drop ending in a water filled chamber. looks to have been open for some time.
