Brown Tourist Sign to The Deep is completely blocked by overgrown foliage

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4959687.

I have reported this once and it came back from you as being Hull City Council's responsibility. I have been in touch with HCC and they are categorically stating that they do not deal with the shrubs, trees or grass on this land. Please can you look at this again as the sign is remains completely obscured and we appear to be at deadlock in finding who is responsible? Thank you.
