Blocked drains central reservation

Reported via mobile in the Flooding/drainage (NH) category anonymously at 11:14, Mon 4 September 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4956343.

Central reservation drains on Eastbound & Westbound A30 approximately between Liftondown & Sourton Cross are blocked causing water to flow across carriageway and cause hazard in wet weather. Mud and silt previously scraped away has been left in drainage channel or dumped by side of metal drainage grid and has consequently washed back and covered grid outlet again! In wet weather large areas of water cover the lanes causing a sudden unexpected aquaplane risk. Could you please ask your personnel to clear drain s and REMOVE debris? Thank you
