Faulty speed camera

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4954755.

The speed camera between M1 jct 33 and M1 jct on the southbound carriageway is flashing when driving below the speed indicated on the sign. The variable speed sign above lane 1 shows 40mph, but due to lane closures (lanes 2, 3 and 4), merging traffic is reducing the driving speed to approx 10mph. Yet this camera is flashing constantly as drivers pass through it.
