Growth obstructing cycle path

Trees\bushes are growing over the cycle path and making it difficult to ride on, also in places the grass growing through the tarmac is becoming like a jungle and again making it hard to use the path.

  • Thank you for informing our Customer Contact Centre about the overgrown vegetation on the A12 at Potts Green. I appreciate you taking the time to report this.

    We carry out regular inspections of our roads and cut back trees and vegetation where we find that it’s limiting visibility of road signs, traffic signals, at junctions or the view ahead.

    I’ve passed your observations to our maintenance team. They will inspect the area and if necessary, arrange for the vegetation to be cut.
