Concrete support column holding M23 damaged, metalwork exposed

The concrete of the 23 metre tall support column holding the M23 at the flyover has deteriorated and the metal reinforcing bars are now exposed. They may rust and degrade quickly causing a potential safety issue with a risk of motorway collapse.
