Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4943619.

First lay-by after turning off the A38/M5 going north bound to okehampton. Very slippery, almost lost control after pulling into the lay-by. Oil or diesel spilt on the surface. Very dangerous.
