Travelling south on the M3 between junction 2-3 there is a significant amount of large items of debris that seem to have been discarded into the gulley of the central reservations. Items include numerous sleeping bags, blankets and also camping chairs. These items could easily find themselves being moved by the wind and blown into lane 4 of the motorway.
