Updates

  • Thank you for contacting National Highways regarding the roadworks equipment on the A14. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

National Highways employ external contractors to carry out roadworks on motorways and strategic A roads. These contractors are required to remove all temporary signs and equipment when the works are finished.

Roadworks are however planned to continue along this stretch of the A14 until the end of September 2023 and therefore the contractors may have left the signage etc. in preparation for these works.

We have passed your report onto our local inspector to investigate further.

    Kind regards National Highways

Category changed from ‘Sign Obscured (NH)’ to ‘Abandoned Materials (NH)’

    State changed to: Internal referral
