New field entrance

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4942598.

The landowner of the field to the North of the A35 has created an entrance into the field, removing a section of hedgerow in the process. No visibility splay, hence an accident waiting to happen. I am guessing that no permission was sought, or would have been granted.
