This issue is causing significant tailbacks and has been recently introduced rather than being "normal". The phasing of the traffic lights with vehicles leaving the M27 (eastbound) at junction 11 has been increased but the phase for traffic on the roundabout has being reduced. This has led to traffic backing up on the A27 leading to junction 11 significantly and is causing dangerous blocking congestion on the roundabout itself.
Please can someone urgently resolve this issue which is having a significant impact.
