White lines faded

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4939292.

It is very difficult to see the white lines on the roundabout below Junction 2, particularly if you’re travelling south-bound along the M32 and wish to turn right (towards Tesco/IKEA). Consequently, drivers seem to guess which lane to choose and this makes it an unnecessarily difficult junction to navigate. Many people I know go to Junction 1 and turn back to Junction 2 to avoid having to undertake this difficult manoeuvre.

Updates

  • Travel on this roundabout now and again and the lines are nearly non existent. Sometime forget which lane to get in because there is nothing on the floor telling you what lane to be in. Please can the entire roundabout be re-painted with new lines to avoid constant lane jumping and causing a potential accident!
