Poor road surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4935146.

Reported this many times be we have been ignored- sounds like thunder when lorries drive over the surface. This is a 300mtr stretch- what do I have to do to get this issue resolved? Sleepless nights, anxiety,
