Road surface is broken up and dangerous

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4930778.

Road surface is breaking up. Clearly dangerous as it is at the bottom of a slope, within the most critical braking area for traffic stopping at the junction. Astonished to find this has been reported over many months and doesn't appear to have been addressed.
