Visibility fault on VSL signs over motorway

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4920367.

VSL sign displaying 40 not visible until you are literally on top of them, they were causing confusion. Please check your camera which makes sure they can be seen , as appears technical problem.
