Graffiti Hi24 gantry M25 before J8 exit

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4916564.

On the M25, eastbound, on the gantry before the J8 exit, the whole of the gantry is covered with graffiti written 'Hi24' in red/blue/white. It is covering the writing on the wall. Before the gantry, 'Hi24' has been written on the wooden fence on the side of the M25 on each panel leading up to the gantry. This likely occurred between 9th/10th AUGUST. This has happened previously and it was cleaned off the gantry.
