Traffic signal wrong timing

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4901505.

Traffic lights timing is wrong therefore cars and buses cant pull out of the RSPCA junction from Radcliffe On Trent, this is causing delays and junction being blocked by traffic heading west bound towards Nottingham.
