Cats eyes are less visible than white lines

Reported via mobile in the Cat Eyes/ Reflectors (NH) category anonymously at 20:17, Wed 16 August 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4899434.

Where the roadworks start on the Eastbound carriageway, there are cats eyes moving the lanes to the left. However the original white lines aren't blacked out properly. This means some drivers are following the cats eyes and some are following the white lines. It's causing near misses.
