Missing traffic lights

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4896576.

There are two missing traffic lights if you are joining the M3 Southbound from Basingstoke. if you are in the Right lane, you will not see the one remaining traffic light until you have gone past the stop line. This is extremely dangerous and can lead to an accident especially if you aren't from the local area!
