Road surface badly worn in several places

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4895705.

Seems that this has now been repaired as this morning I didn’t have avoid certain points in the road or dread hitting these areas. Just wanted to say thanks although it has taken a long time since April when first reported but grateful to now have a smooth ride along this stretch or the carriageway. 👍
