Pothole - New surface has failed

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4886836.

Pothole has broken out on the east bound lane 1 of the new road surface, approx 200m from the new traffic signal junction.. Please repair this before the autumn weather kicks in and it breaks out even more. Road surface is also undulating the surface regularity maybe outside of tolerance.
