Broken lights

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4880797.

Broken traffic lights at the flimwell junction. Light on road coming from Hawkhurst has been hit by something, and the amber light is hanging out of the traffic lights. Clear damage to the lights.
