Delayed road works

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4878825.

The barrier upgrade works were to be completed during summer 2023, which is nearly over, with no sign of imminent completion. In addition, only last month, large sections of the new barrier were being demolished - hopefully not at public expense! When will these overdue works be completed?
