Traffic Management on with no work and no TM maintenance evident

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4863290.

Major delays due to traffic management installed on 4th August am. No sign of any work being carried out and the TM has no sign of maintenance or inspections being carried out.
