All street lights off on both sides of the A21 Flimwell Traffic lights.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4857158.

I have spoken to Mr Nick Owen previously regarding the Traffic lights , A21 Flimwell cross roads. All street lights are again off, its a fast road direction N/S , its pitch black on both pavements. I can email pictures to back up my concerns. Surely if the lights are positioned there they are deemed necessary… please turn some back on .
