Growth overflowing hard shoulder and into lane

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4856596.

Westbound M3 Jct 4a exit to the A327 Northbound, there is a roundabout filter lane to assist traffic exiting northbound onto the bridge. At one point shrubbery has dramatically overgrown from the left and is now growing over the white line into the lane, making it a hazard beyond obscuring the leftwards view of bridge traffic into which one is merging. Several months now.
