Traffic Lights not working as expected

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4855033.

Traffic lights not working as expected previously. Red light is on when nothing is coming from hedgerow road coming from either direction on A49. A sensor is either not working or malfunctioning or the traffic lights need to be reprogrammed again.

Priority should always be for green lights on A49 otherwise it causes the traffic to build up on the starting gate roundabout during peak hours.

Problem has existed for a few days so needs to be investigated.
