Add Traffic Lights to the Whole Interchange

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4851155.

Add traffic lights to this whole interchange but only part time ones will be better I want traffic lights for safety when this town has events on each road BUT not Bents Park Rd it would cause queues on bents park Rd so fix this national highways, south Tyneside owns this but they don't do it so please pass this on, thank you
