Hole in road surface

There is a general issue with the road surface within the footprint of this hole, you can see from the photo that the road surface is being affected by the substrate below .. i.e compaction, being washed away by rainwater etc... additionally the fall on the drainage here is poor so when it rains it allows pedestrians to get soaked..the noise and vibration that 2.5 tonne cars do to my house bumber 47 is criminal and may be causing movement and vibration damage...its also like a constant boom boom as car wheels run over the hole... when the artics run over it i end up in my kitchen,,, i wouldnt mind but i was in the front room at the time.. these does need fixing urgently please in all seriousness
