Front cover which should be covering the electrics is hanging open exposing bare wires.

    The lamp post in question had(3days after reporting ) a bandage of red/white striped tape wrapped around the broken cover, to my mind, that doesn’t constitute a repair, but a cheapskate temporary solution to what could be a risky problem if and when the tape perishes.
