Uneven surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4839356.

There are cracks/uneven surface the full width of all four lanes near the bridge on the junction 13 side that cause very loud noise and vibrations to local properties when cars and lorries run over them. This has got progressively worse over the last few months
