Missing Central Barrier from here to Emerson Interchange!! angry

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4839195.

The central barrier disappears and it gets dangerous plus if the speed of this motorway is 70MPH so please add a barrier from here to the end of the motorway i really want a barrier this motorway is the unsafest motorway ever and its dangerous with out the barrier all motorways have barriers and this one doesn't im angry about safety!

    There are no plans to change the barrier configuration in this location currently. However, your suggestion has been passed over to the team who will be able to keep it in mind for future projects.

    We are currently engaged in the delivery of the second Road Investment Strategy (2020-2025) with a commitment to deliver significant investment to improve the Strategic Road Network in the north-east. We have recently completed capacity enhancements between A1 Scotswood and North Brunton and we are currently delivering similar capacity enhancements between A1 Birtley and Coal House. We are also continuing to develop and deliver a comprehensive programme of network renewals and upgrades.
